An inlet silencer is typically installed at the air intake of the blower to reduce the noise generated by the suction process. It works by forcing the air through a series of baffles, which causes the sound waves to cancel each other out and reduces overall noise levels. In addition to reducing noise, an inlet silencer can also help to improve the quality of the air entering the blower by removing particulates and other contaminants.
An outlet silencer is installed at the discharge point of the blower to reduce the noise generated by the discharge process. It functions similarly to an inlet silencer, using a series of baffles to cancel out sound waves and reduce overall noise levels.
A muffler is a component that can be installed anywhere in the air blower system to reduce noise levels. It typically works by using sound-absorbing materials to dissipate sound waves and reduce overall noise levels. Mufflers are often used in conjunction with inlet and outlet silencers to achieve the desired noise reduction.
Blower silencers are required in many applications such as industrial processing and wastewater treatment.
There is an outside silencer in our blower, and it can obviously reduce the working noise.
If you have a higher requirement to the noise, please use our external silencer, usually, it can decrease about 10 decibels.
An external silencer will be installed at the end of the inlet & outlet pipe (the farthest place of the inlet & outlet ).
